Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable laws of England and Wales. Below are the terms for refunds on our coaching sessions, programs, ebooks, and webinars.

Coaching Sessions and Programs

  • Right to Cancel: Customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of the contract's conclusion without giving any reason. However, if you expressly request to commence the services within the cancellation period, you acknowledge that you will lose your cancellation rights.

  • Refunds: If you cancel within this 14-day period and have not requested the service to begin within this time, you will receive a full refund. If the service has commenced at your request within the 14-day cancellation period, you will be refunded an amount proportionate to what has been provided up until the time you have communicated to us your decision to cancel.



  • Digital Content: For digital content, including ebooks, you have a 14-day right to change your mind and receive a full refund. However, this right is lost once you download the content or access it online. We will require your explicit consent to provide the digital content within the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledgment that your right to cancel will be waived.



  • Cancellation: If you purchase access to a live webinar, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of your purchase, unless the webinar takes place within this period and you have acknowledged that your right to cancel is lost by your attendance.


Process for Cancellation and Refunds

  • Notification: To exercise your right to cancel or request a refund, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email to Please provide your name, home address, details of the order, and, where available, your phone number and email address.

  • Refund Timing: Refunds will be made without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after we are informed about your decision to cancel. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.



  • Services Fully Performed: If you requested the commencement of services during the cancellation period and the service is fully performed, you lose the right to cancel.

  • Digital Content: If you have started to download or stream digital content, you will not have a right to change your mind and cancel your purchase.
